PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders can be placed via:

By placing an order, the customer accepts Krif's offer and terms of purchase. Krif immediately confirms acceptance of the order for processing.

Prices are expressed in RON (lei). In addition to the price of the products, the customer will cover shipping costs (orders over 250 RON benefit from free delivery). Delivery is made via GLS courier, and payment is cash on delivery to the courier agent. Orders paid via bank transfer or credit card are delivered without any additional charges.

Delivery of goods is carried out within 7-10 days from receipt of the order. Goods are dispatched in the order orders are received.

We reserve the right to make ongoing adjustments to product prices and shipping fees; however, these changes will not affect the rights of customers who placed orders prior to their introduction.

Right to return goods (contract cancellation). We guarantee the right to withdraw from the contract and return ordered goods without providing any reason. The contract can be cancelled within 30 days of delivery. To meet the 30-day cancellation deadline, submitting the statement before expiration is sufficient. Mutual obligations of the parties will be carried out immediately, no later than 30 days.

Products must be sent at your own expense to: Krif SRL, Calea Urseni 83, Timisoara, postal code 300703, Timis County. Kit models must be returned in full. To speed up the return process, the customer can use the return form available in their site account under "returned products". Krif may refuse returned goods if modified, incomplete, worn, or defective. Otherwise, the return is considered null and void.

Please respect the return deadline and inform us when products are shipped back. Please keep proof of return until analysis of any claim is completed, and for returned items, until funds are refunded.

If Krif fails to fulfill delivery obligations for all ordered items within 30 days, the customer has the right to terminate the contract immediately. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of return via bank account (enter your IBAN on the return document) or postal order (shipping address must match your ID card).

Warranty (complaints). Our company guarantees all products sold pursuant to Law 449/2003 on product sales and associated guarantees (as amended). If the product is non-compliant, you may request replacement free of charge within 15 days from notifying us of the defect. Warranty is validated by the invoice in the package. A report containing product details, purchase date, and complaint details is generated for each claim. If a complaint is justified, Krif will cover standard shipping costs if returned via Posta Romana.

Personal Data Protection. Pursuant to Law no. 677/2001 and Law no. 56/2004 (registry code: 003548), Krif manages personal data securely and strictly for specified commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes. Customers agree to data processing and commercial communications upon submitting personal information. Customers retain the right to access, modify, request termination of processing, or object to data usage by emailing contact@krif.ro, as well as the right to seek legal remedy. KRIF SRL does not share customer personal data with third-party companies for advertising purposes.
